I have dual 3870's and I cannot tell if this game supports dual video cards or that it is so graphically intense that my 2 less than 1 year old, top of the line graphics cards cannot support it on even medium settings. Mercenaries 2 is completely over done graphics wise. Even if you have problems with the graphics because of your system the game is so entertaining that you won't care. So in close I must say that this game could easily Rival the GTA series,and has so much to offer without much to complain about. For even when you are having fun you have to be careful for you could blow up the wrong base,or not get away from your crime quick enough and found out that now you owe that clan or group(which ever you like to call it) of people money just to get them back on your side so that every time you hit one of their rock blocks you dont get your vehicle or you blown to piece from a stationary rocket luncher. Even now with the game as complete as I could get it I still go back and do random things to have fun, but in truth it really sticks to its word. I never felt like I didnt have something that could interest me. From blowing up buildings with massive bombs to just riding around doing small missions to earn money. The main thing that really pulled me into such a open FPS such as this one was that you could not only change the views,but there was so much that could be done. Though other then that I really didn't have a problem with them game. The main reason I was able to know what I could and couldnt do was simply because I played the xbox360 version of this game with a friend. My only true problem with it was that even when you turned the settings down the symbols for the things you can do would not stay for long once in the game. The weapons felt life like,but still was able to have that arcade feel to it that many gamers have grown to love over the years. The graphics where great,and the openness of the game was ever more amazing. To simply answer the question they ask for the review I will start out by saying this one game I am truly glad I invested money into.
